16oz breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
1tbsp maple syrup (optional)
6oz cream cheese
4 eggs, scrambled
1/2 C almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Mix Cream cheese, maple syrup and eggs together until smooth. Mix in cooled sausage with the cream cheese and egg mixture until well combined. Add in almond flour, baking powder and cheese and stir to combine well. Let stand in the fridge for 30 min. Preheat oven to 350. Scoop small cookie scoop (about 3 tbsp) balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 18 min.
