Air Fryer Chicken Parm

2 chicken breasts

1/2 C almond flour

1 C grated parmesan

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 eggs

1 tbsp italian seasoning

1 C shredded mozzarella

2 packages of natural heaven angel pasta

1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce

Avocado Spray


Mix together the almond flour, parmesan and garlic powder in a pie plate. Whisk together the eggs and the italian seasoning in bowl. Slice the chicken breasts in half. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg wash than dredge them in the parmesan mixture. And spray with avocado oil cooking spray. Place in the air fryer for 10 min @ 400. Flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 7 min. Place a 1/4 cup of sauce and an 1/8 C shredded mozzarella on the top of each chicken breasts and place back in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. While the cheese is melting, add the natural heaven angel hair pasta to a warm pan and add the remaining pasta sauce. Enjoy!
