Hi! My name is Alyssa and I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2019 and struggled to find flavorful desserts that I was able to enjoy and thus Koske Kitchen, a gluten-free and dye free bakery was born.
Being a mother to two boys who both are allergic to dye, I have witnessed first hand the challenges of substituting common baking ingredients to accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions. It has been an amazing experience; learning all the exciting ways to cook the food we all love in ways that can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
