Ham Cup

12 slices of ham

12 Eggs

12 tbsp shredded cheddar (or cheese of your choice



Preheat oven to 375. Grease a cupcake holder and place a ham slice in each one. Sprinkle in 1 tbsp of cheese and crack in an egg. If you prefer you can scramble the egg first before adding them to the cup. Bake for 13-15 minutes depending on how running you want your yolks. I like it right at 14 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes as they will be hot and still cookin. Enjoy!
