I have tried almost all of koskekitchens cakes. They by far some of the best cakes I have ever had! My favorite is the peanut butter cake, it is nice and moist and taste AMAZING! I will be ordering all my cakes from Alyssa from now on.

We had her make a banana cream pie in addition to the chocolate chip cookie dough cake and she did not disappoint!! Yum!!!! Everyone was raving about how their plate was cleaned from the super delicious pie and the kids were in heaven with the cake! Alyssa’s cakes are the best! The texture is perfect - spongy and moist and sweetness is just right! My kids absolutely love the cupcakes. When I asked what goes in the cakes, Alyssa said “a whole lot of love”, and she is absolutely right - it shows in the cakes! They are made with so much love and care. You can taste it and you can see in the presentation!

Alyssa is such a blessing to work with, I asked her if she could make a German Chocolate cake with a corvette design for my future Father-In-Law’s 60th Bday (in quarantine), and he’s a Leo, so want to make sure he feels extra special! Where do I begin? Alyssa's cakes are the best! We were introduced to Koske Kitchen Fall/Winter 2020 through a friend. I was so incredibly impressed by Alyssa's cakes, cupcakes and cookies. The cake consistency is perfect, and the best thing, they are made to meet all of our dietary sensitivities. Our house needs to avoid gluten, dairy, and soy. So far, we have tried Hummingbird, Peppermint Hot Cocoa, Rainbow, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (not gluten free), and Alyssa was amazing and made a customized cake for a friends 40th birthday party. The cake she made paired so well with our bourbon theme. I will be ordering all our cakes from Alyssa from now on. I highly recommend Koske Kitchen! Thank you so much Alyssa!

I got a salted caramel white velvet cake for my Mom's birthday, it was AMAZING by far the best cake I've ever had, I usually get sick with cakes being to artificial but nope not this cake it was the best. My mom loved it.
