Gluten Free Greek Yogurt Corn Bread


2C cornmeal

2t baking powder

1t salt

1t baking soda

1 egg

4T unsalted butter or Ghee

4T honey

2C Greek yogurt


Preheat oven to 400. Mix all the wet ingredients in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in another. Mix the wet and dry together until well incorporated. Transferred to a buttered cast iron skillet and bake for 20-30 min.
